Today in the Under Development section - dangerous objects at the future locations in Sector 7
So, latest update for sector 7 will be released on Monday for both platforms
Hopefully, because this small message was posted on 19th of July by a developer on the official discord channel. However no idea what is this silly corgi king, maybe just a joke. As far as I remember the classic game update comes later in the summer.
They are very good at movie-making, and drawings, probably they should put these in the game. The programmers are slow to code these sketches. I think their 49 of their 50 men are painters and film makers lol.
Don't think too much of update. Spent ages building up resources in clan box only for now they will soon disappear . Spend resources on building things and they will disappear in three days. So only storage now is backpack and personal storage at warehouse
The ‘storm wipe’ every 3 days is apparently only temporary. Why? I have no idea. I guess we have to think about only storing items that are difficult to obtain instead of hoarding junk. Not a bad thing...
so wait, if we build up the 4 storage boxes...in 3 days or whatever everything will be lost in there because the kefir storm hit it?
There are 8 storage boxes and multiple work benches. Yes they will get destroyed by Storm Kefir every 3 days so save the more valuable items. You can actually store quite a lot if all of your clan chip in and do their part, but remember the large clan storage trunk is going too!
Lag is absolutely terrible in sector 7....
So steel tubes are now useless
No. You can make them into gun barrels which you need for Shotgun and Rifle.
Sector 7: Radioactive storm.
Dear members of clans, this update is for you. Time to gather all your bros and stand against another misfortune in Sector 7 - Radioactive storm. But first things first. A new location called Outpost has been found behind the Wall. They say, scientists collected vital resources there until mistakes they made while conducting experiments turned Sector 7 into an unlivable area.
In the territory of Outpost you will find a few types of workbenches: Workbench, Melting Furnace, Bench with reagents, Bonfire, Stonecutter's Table, Woodworking Bench, Sewing Table and chests. Once you make it to Outpost, your allies and you will be able to restore workbenches and place chests at the location. By default, chests will be available to everyone, while changing access settings will be granted only to a clan leader.
Workbenches will be required for processing raw resources that will be needed to complete some quests. Exactly, now you will be able to collect resources at the locations in Sector 7! For this purpose there have been added a pickaxe, a hatchet, and a backpack to carry more logs and stone. Every three days, the location will be completely destroyed by a radioactive storm. During the storm you will have to take all your valuable belongings away not to avoid losing well-earned resources.
To increase chances of survival behind the Wall, there are good old close-in fighting weapons for use - Crowbar, Cleaver, Spear, Baseball Bat and an extra slot in the pocket for those who have it unlocked.
Also, we’ve worked through the game balance. Traditionally, here is a list of the most important changes: - Recipes of weapons and armor in multiplayer changed according to the new balance. - If in single player mode you have an extra slot in your pocket open, it will be available in multiplayer as well. - Balance of locations changed. - No more bad shots from weapons. Now your shots can’t miss. - Miner has become stronger - now he’s impossible to kill when wearing a hazmat suit. - Added unique resources available only in multiplayer. - Carried out further works to decrease lags in Sector 7. - Changed drops in chests at all locations. - From now on, it is no longer possible to put stuff in temporary storage, only take it out of it. With the next update, temporary storage will be removed with all the stuff left inside. - Changed the conditions of completing quests. - Changed the weapon balance. - Fixed the issue in which an NPC blocked the player in Hunters’ Camp. - Fixed the issue with the game crashing when the player entered a basement. - Fixed the issue in which the husky that wasn’t in the dog crate appeared next to the player in Bunker Alfa.
- Fixed the issue in which the player’s character lost all the stuff before the location of the “Kidnapping” event was fully loaded. - Fixed the issue with the game crashing when the player tried to place furniture at the base. - Fixed the issue in which all motorcycles, except for the police bike, turned white. - Fixed the issue with display of the motorcycle icon on the mini-map. - Fixed the issue in which there wasn’t a bear on the location of the “Bear and Puppy” event. - Fixed the issue in which the player’s character moved being frozen after performing an emotion. - Fixed the issue with display of a wall in one of the basements. - Fixed the issue with display of the floor at the police station. - Fixed the issue in which the player’s character could get off a motorbike when the sign “You can’t get off your bike here” appeared - Fixed the issue in which a turret got placed not straight after it was moved. - Fixed the issue in which the electric fence hit through a wall. - Fixed the issue with the game crashing when the player changed available skills for coins. - Fixed the issue of disappearing icons of zombies on the mini-map. - Fixed the issue in which a tree trunk appeared in the fence of a watchtower. - Fixed the issue in which an NPC disappeared in the location “Oak Clearing”. - Fixed the issue in which a raider didn’t react to the player in the “Killed deer” event. - Fixed the issue in which the icon showing a dog’s condition was displayed too high. - Fixed the localization issue of the sign “Cannot build when base is under attack”. - Fixed the issue in which the player’s character disappeared after interacting with an ATV. - Fixed the issue in which the character couldn’t pass between Melting furnace and Recycler. - Fixed the issue in which the chest with the player’s stuff didn’t appear, while NPCs of the “Kidnapping” event remained at the home location.
- Fixed the issue with puppies constantly appearing at the green location. - Fixed the issue with animation of dog barking. - Fixed the issue of light display in Bunker Alfa. - Fixed the issue in which dog collars turned grey. - Fixed the issue in which a dog followed the player by fits and starts. - Fixed the issue of a dog attacking dead zombies. - Fixed the issue in which C4 from the basement didn’t count in raiders’ quest. - Fixed the issue in which the dog of an NPC attacked the player’s dog in Hunters’ Camp. - Fixed the issue in which zombies took basic damage when bunker protection protocol was active. - Fixed the issue with a white dog glowing at night. - Fixed the issue in which an NPC at the “Rest Stop” location didn’t react to the player. Hello Survivors, Hope you are all having a great Day/Week so far, and enjoying the new Multiplayer update! Sadly, today we've got some reports from many users facing a pretty annoying bug in Sector 7; the bug makes all the items stored in outpost chests, personal, Clan storage, and the Temporary storage box lose durability - The bug has been reported to the Developers but to save some of your precious armour and weapons, please keep them in your character inventory (The bug doesn't affect the personal inventory for now.) temporarily until the bug get patched by game Developers. Another nerf: "Hi, Survivors! We’d like to clear up the situation with water and beans. At the moment, characters of level 100+ will no longer receive these items as they used to do. I just need one little transmission and that ATV is up. I haven't even got a spot to put the helicopter...
